Ian sits on the management team of a €6 billion product and services organisation and leads the voice of the customer program, delivering customer engagement through the full marketing mix including content, thought leadership, account-based and deal-based marketing. 

A marketing veteran with over thirty years’ experience, he is no stranger to complex marketing organisations having previously held senior roles in Product and Services Marketing, Direct Marketing, and his international experience includes global and overseas roles. He also co-authored ‘In your HEART: The key to astonishing performance’ published in 2011.
